1. Prices and all products liseted on this site are subject to change in exchange rate and availability.  The price will not change without good reason.

2. Delivery is free only in these metropoles: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, East London, Nelspruit.  See Delivery Areas for details.  Please give 2-3 working days for delivery.

3. Delivery to any other area is not supported currently.

4. All warranties are Manufacturer Warranties and subject to the manufacturers and official service centres of the products in South Africa.  See which service centres apply for which products on the main menu.

5. Unless products specifically states that it carries an "on site warranty," all products has to be taken to one of the official service centres in the metropoles on the buyer's cost.

6. Manufacturer warranties on all products is one year, unless specified otherwise.

7. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred for handling any warranty products.

8. We are not liable to supply a loan unit in case of warranty related problems.

9. We do not accept liability in case of munufacturer or supplier liquidation or refusal to replace or repair any equipment bought through this website.

10. Credit card acquiring and security.  Credit card transactions will be acquired for PC Trading via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are an approved payment gateway for Nedbank. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
