Service and warranty is handled by the allocated Service Centres for the various brands (as below).  All warranties or repairs are "carry in" (unless stated otherwise) and need to be taken to the various Service Centres on the owner's cost:

- HP / Compaq Servces Centres (M-IT)
- Lenovo and Proline Service Centres
- Dell Service and Warranty
